Each one of us already has the answers, but sometimes it's hard to find them. We struggle under the weight of everyday demands, an unhelpful workplace culture or societal expectation. We're spinning so many plates that we lose focus and can't see the way ahead.
My job is to help you find a calm space to put those plates down for a while. To find clarity in knowing where you are, right now. To have the confidence to make courageous decisions. To feel in control of the next step.
I believe that everyone, regardless of life or career stage, should feel able to seek professional support for personal growth and development - without judgement or stigma.

A twenty-year sales career showed me exactly what the relentless pressure of expanding targets, tight deadlines and team management could do to a human being. Recovering from the subsequent mental health collapse taught me the significance of finding space to talk to someone who really listened.
Over two decades, I have coached everyone from junior sales teams to senior leaders, walking beside them as they navigate both professional and personal challenges.
I have a particular understanding of workplace pressure and burnout, but coach people from all walks of life and at all stages of their personal journey.

In the current circumstances, I conduct one-to-one coaching sessions via video call. Following your initial consultation, we'll define a programme and cadence that works for you.

Mental Health Advocacy
I learned the hard way that it's OK not to be OK. I tell the story of my own mental health collapse, which came at the peak of a successful career, to help others look after themselves and the people they care about.
Typically 6 sessions
I offer coaching for individuals and small teams. We'll devise a bespoke programme according to the needs of the people involved and the business.
As with personal coaching, a number of sessions are scheduled over a period of time to suit your goals.
Minimum 3 sessions, first session free
Typically, each session lasts around an hour and we'll aim to spread your sessions over a period of weeks.
They usually take place face to face, although currently I conduct all personal coaching via video call. A telephone call is also possible.
Between sessions, you may want to check in with me via email.
These packages act as a good starting point, but every client is unique and has different goals.
Following your initial, complimentary consultation we'll discuss if and how you'd like to proceed with a coaching programme tailored to those goals. For personal and corporate coaching, I recommend a block of sessions spread over a period of time at a cadence to suit you.
We'll get started and adjust as we go, if we need to.
