Following your initial, complimentary consultation we'll discuss if and how you'd like to proceed with a coaching programme tailored to those goals. For personal and corporate coaching, I recommend a block of sessions spread over a period of time at a cadence to suit you.
We'll get started and adjust as we go, if we need to.

I offer coaching for individuals and small teams. We'll devise a bespoke programme according to the needs of the people involved and the business.
As with personal coaching, a number of sessions are scheduled over a period of time to suit your goals.

Mental Health Advocacy & Key note speaking
My own lived experience of using (and not using) corporate wellbeing resources helped me spot a gap: there was no role modelling or story telling in the materials. People follow examples better than instructions.
Working with client organisations, I use my own story and experiences to open a discussion, lift the stigma and encourage staff to use the resources available to them. Typically a live talk, Q&A and off-line follow up are covered in a single morning or afternoon.
In the words of one of those clients: “We need external support in highlighting the importance of early identification of an issue before it becomes life changing.”

Typically, each session lasts around an hour and we'll aim to spread your sessions over a period of weeks.
They usually take place face to face, although currently I conduct all personal coaching via video call. A telephone call is also possible.
Between sessions, you may want to check in with me via email.
